The latest boxing news from Kilburn
Two former IQ Neasden amateurs are due for action on a Goodwin show at York Hall this Saturday.
Lightweight Youssef Khoumari and middleweight Robbie Chapman are both scheduled to take feature on a packed bill at the iconic venue.
Wembley’s Khoumari will be chasing a seventh straight win in the paid ranks when he takes on Portsmouth rival David Birmingham.
The 23-year-old lightweight was last in action at the start of November when he beat Ukraine’s Dmytro Kostenko on points.
Chapman, meanwhile, is due to take on fellow Darryl Sharp of Lancashire this weekend.
Known as the ‘Camden Caretaker’, the 24-year-old beat Callum Ide on points in his last bout in October to make it two straight wins as a professional.
Both Khoumari and Chapman will still hope to have their unbeaten records in tact following this Saturday’s entertaining Goodwin card at York Hall as they look to continue to climb the rankings.
