Ruislip station has been shut by police after a person was rushed to hospital.
Police have closed off the station today (November 25) after reports of an incident at 1.56pm.
According to the London Ambulance Service, crews assisted treating a man at the scene before he was taken to a hospital "by a third party".
At the moment it is unclear what happened at the station to cause the injury, but the British Transport Police has been contacted.
There are minor delays between Uxbridge and Harrow-on-the-Hill due to the incident earlier, but there's good service on the rest of the line.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.56pm today (Monday 25 November) to reports of an incident at Ruislip Underground Station, HA4.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The first of our crews arrived at the scene in less than one minute.
“Our crews assisted our emergency services partners in treating a man at the scene before he was taken to a London major trauma centre by a third party.”
