A man was chased and threatened in an attack that began near a station.
The Metropolitan Police said officers were called to reports of a man making threats to assault another man in north Wembley last Wednesday (September 18) at about 2.45pm.
The suspect initially confronted the victim outside North Wembley Underground Station and attempted to assault him.
Scotland Yard said the man managed to run off down Sudbury Avenue, but his attacker pursued him and threatened him again.
Police say the suspect is described as a black male, 5ft 7ins tall, of slim build and wearing a dark coloured jacket with a hood.
An investigation has been launched, but no arrests have been made.
