A man took himself to hospital after being shot in the ankle in Harlesden.
Police were called to reports that gunshots had been heard in Church Road at around 11pm yesterday evening (September 5).
At the scene, officers found that a car and the windows of a fast food restaurant had been damaged.
Shortly afterwards, a man admitted himself to hospital with a gunshot wound to this ankle.
It has since been determined that his condition is not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made, but police have said that “urgent enquiries” are ongoing.
A cordon was still in place in the road earlier this morning, as well as crime scene investigators.
