When emergency services arrived at the scene, everyone involved had fled.
A man then attended a central London hospital with stab injuries, but his condition is not reported to be life-threatening.
Another man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.
Crime scenes were in place around Harlesden while police helicopters hovered around the area.
