Loveridge Road, Kilburn, was cordoned off on Wednesday (May 1) after officers were called to reports of a stabbing.
The man, believed to be in his 30s, was found with stab injuries and was rushed to hospital.

However the force now says he is recovering and no longer in a life-threatening condition.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. Enquiries are ongoing.
