A police officer reportedly took out a taser in an attempt to stop a motorcyclist said to be driving dangerously.
At 4.25pm on Saturday (March 30), police tried to stop a motorbike on the A406 North Circular Road in Stonebridge on suspicion of dangerous driving.
A video, posted to X, formerly Twitter, appeared to show an officer brandishing a taser at a motorcyclist near Ace Café, Ace Corner, on the Old North Circular Road in north London.
The below video, posted at 5.06pm on Saturday, was subsequently made aware to police.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said they had seen the footage showing a motorcyclist riding away from officers.
An officer deployed a taser to “red dot” the driver, police said, but the device was not fired.
“The taser was not discharged,” the spokesperson added.
Red dot means when the taser is pointed at someone with its sight active so it appears on the person its pointed at, according to the Met Police’s website.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing, the force added.
