Two teenagers were rushed to hospital after a double stabbing.
Emergency services were called at approximately 6.30pm on Wednesday (March 6) to reports of two boys assaulted in the vicinity of Church Road, between Harlesden and Neasden.
The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service attended.
Two teenage boys, both aged 17, were taken to hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not life-threatening, Scotland Yard said.
Two other males, about whom no further details have been released, were arrested on suspicion of GBH and remain in custody.
A crime scene is still in place.
