The brigade used 32m and 64m turntable ladders as water towers to put the fire out with six firefighters assessed for injuries and three taken to hospital.
Assistant Commissioner Paul McCourt, who was at the scene, said he was pleased to confirm that they have all since been discharged.
He said fire crews worked "incredibly hard" throughout Christmas day to bring the fire under control and protect adjoining properties and businesses.
The fire brigade urged people to avoid the area and keep their windows and doors closed owing to the heavy smoke carried by the wind.
The assistant commissioner said: "This was an aggressive, challenging, and incredibly complex fire located inside an industrial estate premises that contained a number of small businesses within the same building.
"Crews remained on the scene through the night and on Boxing Day to fully extinguish the fire and will stay at the scene to dampen down remaining hotspots."
The brigade’s 999 control officers had received more than 40 calls to the blaze. Fire crews from Wembley, Northolt, Ealing, Park Royal and surrounding fire stations were at the scene till 7.52pm.
The cause of fire is under investigation, but no injuries were reported.
