Firefighters evacuated people from their homes after "high levels" of gas were detected following a gas leak.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) was called to a gas leak in a derelict house in Dudden Hill Lane, Willesden, at 4.24pm on Sunday (November 26).
High levels of gas were detected, prompting firefighters to evacuate around 100 people from neighbouring properties.
Evacuation was done as a precaution, and there were no reports of injuries.
The brigade said the incident was over for firefighters by 8.34pm, just over four hours after it first attended the scene.
They had swept the surrounding area to check for elevated gas readings and confirmed none remained before leaving.
Two fire engines from Willesden and West Hampstead fire stations attended, as did three fire rescue units from Bethnal Green, Homerton and Wembley fire stations.
