A restaurant could be demolished to make way for a new four-storey development.
Plans have been submitted to Camden Council which would see the two-storey building housing Duck Duck Goose in Kilburn High Road replaced.
Instead, a four-storey development would be built, comprising of a commercial unit on the ground floor with housing above.
The new development would then be linked to the existing five-storey building at 240 Kilburn High Road.
Under current plans, five homes would be created within the new building.
Across 238 and 240 Kilburn High Road, the development would contain one studio, four one bedroom flats and four with two-bedrooms.
According to planning documents, the design uses a “modern, simple elevation for the shop frontages, in line with those of the neighbouring buildings”.
Buff coloured bricks will cover the outside of the new building.
A previous application for the site submitted to the council in 2021 was withdrawn after concerns were raised about the loss of windows at 240 Kilburn Road.
The applicant claims that “great consideration” has since been given to this issue in the latest design.
Full details about the application can be found on the Camden Council planning portal. Comments can be made until November 9.
