A crime scene has been put in place as police investigate a fatal stabbing near Wembley Stadium.
A man in his mid-20s was found injured in Olympic Way just after 11pm yesterday (September 24).

He was taken to hospital for further treatment where he died shortly afterwards.
No arrests have been made following the incident.

Pictures from the scene show Olympic Way cordoned off as the incident is being dealt with.
It also shows multiple police vans and a forensic car at the scene of the incident.

Over the course of the night until 9am today (September 25), a police stop and search order was in place across Brent including Wembley Park, Dollis Hill, Welsh Harp, Willesden Green, Cricklewood & Mapesbury and Tokyngton.
This was due to several incidents of "serious violence”.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said this follows a non-fatal stabbing in Neasden.
The spokesperson added: “Whilst we would of course retain an open mind, there is nothing to suggest the two incidents are linked at this time.”
Police enquiries into the two stabbings continue.
