A woman has been rushed to hospital with a head injury following a car crash.
Paramedics and air ambulance crews were scrambled to Station Road, Willesden, at 6.45am this morning (July 11).
They treated a woman at the scene before taking her to a major trauma centre "as a priority".
A London Ambulance spokesperson said: “We sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer to the scene.
"We also dispatched a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance, which consisted of a paramedic and a doctor in a car.
“We treated a patient at the scene for a head injury and took her to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
The A4000 Station Road is closed in both directions at the junction of Caple Road.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted.
