One woman has died and another woman is in hospital after a double stabbing in Wembley.
Police were called to Neeld Crescent at 9.59am this morning (June 13) to reports of a stabbing.
Two women were found at the scene with knife injuries.
Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and London’s Air Ambulance, treated both women.
One woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second woman was rushed to a north London hospital. Police said they await an update on her condition.
A police spokesperson said that enquiries are under way to identify and inform the next of kin of the two women.
A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder. They were taken to a north London police station where they remain at this time.
