Two men have appeared in court following the murder of a man over three years ago.
The appearances were related to the murder of Justin Bello, who was found dead in a communal area in St Raphael's Estate to the rear of Lovett Way in Neasden at around 8.16am on November 25, 2019.
Justin was reportedly found stripped and dumped in a bin shed.
Stasious Scott, 34, of Fishlock Court in Stockwell, was arrested in Jamaica on January 24 this year.
He was returned to the UK last week Thursday (March 23) and was charged with murder and perverting the course of justice.
He appeared at the Central Criminal Court on Monday (March 27) along with another man, Robert Shorter, of Ranelagh Road, Wembley.
The 46-year-old was arrested in December 2019 and later charged by postal requisition with perverting the course of justice.
A provisional trial date for both men has been set for September 2023. Scott has been remanded in custody.
Metropolitan Police says that Justin’s family are aware of the developments.
Three people have previously been convicted and jailed on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in relation to Justin's death.
