Sheffield Hallam University will open its first satellite campus in Brent Cross Town.
The university will be part of the £8 billion transformation of the 180-acre site in Brent Cross, along with several other developments.
The campus is scheduled to open from 2025/26, with the aim of delivering courses to 5,000 students by 2030.
Sheffield Hallam University’s new campus will occupy 110,000sq ft across the lower six floors of the first commercial building at Brent Cross Town.
It will have its own dedicated entrance as well as cycling and shower facilities to support sustainable transport options for staff and students.
Student accommodation provider Fusion Students will also bring along 662 private student rooms in a new building for the campus.
The completed Brent Cross Town development will feature 50 acres of parks and playing fields, 6,700 new homes and three million sq ft of offices along with retail, leisure and schools.

Professor Sir Chris Husbands, the vice-chancellor for the university, said that the new London campus will offer “extensive benefits” for its existing university community.
