A Cricklewood actor who has his sights set on Hollywood stardom will be appearing on cinemas screens near you - in a commercial for the world’s second largest beer brand.
Jamie Cho, 33, features in the advert for iconic beer brand Tsingtao (pronounced Ching Dow) which will be shown in more than 3,000 cinemas throughout the UK until February 21.
The fast-paced advert sees Mr Cho taking on the role of a maverick table tennis player, who battles it out at an underground event against famed Bollywood model, Amy Jackson.
He said: “It was great news when I heard I’d got the Tsingtao role, to work for the world’s second biggest beer brand is a pretty cool achievement.
“I’m a huge table tennis fan too, so the filming was great fun – I was quite competitive though.”
The advert will be shown alongside critically acclaimed films including 12 Years a Slave, The Wolf of Wall Street and Mandela.
Mr Cho’s CV boasts appearances in popular film such as Harrigan, Dark Knight and Batman Begins.
