A community gathered in Dollis Hill to scrub out Nazi graffiti that had appeared in Gladstone Park.
Neighbours met on Tuesday night to clear up the racist scrawl, which appeared on and around a bridge in the park on Sunday but someone had already painted over it.
It is the second time in recent months that swastikas have been sprayed in the Dollis Hill catchment area.
In April, neighbours woke up one Sunday morning to find the symbols spraypainted onto street signs, pavements and outside houses in Hamilton Road, Fleetwood Road and Kendal Road.
Cllr Ketan Sheth, chair of the community and wellbeing scrutiny committee at Brent Council, said: “I’m saddened that this vile graffiti has appeared once again in Brent.
“However, Brent is a better, brighter and more prosperous place because of our diversity.”
He added: “The odious perpetrators won’t divide us.”
